POSSIBLE SHIPPING DELAYS :

Due to the current global situation and weather conditions in certain cities, some parcel centers are facing processing delays.

If your tracking seems stuck or is not showing updates for several days, please note, this is likely due to processing delays in these centers or cities.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us and we will assist within 24 hours.

CHRISTMAS AND HOLIDAY PERIODS :

Due to seasonal postal delays, we request that if ordering items for Christmas Day or other seasonal deadlines, allow at least 14 - 18 Business days lead up time. We see many carriers at capacity limits in these periods and there are postal slow downs.

General Shipping Questions

Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.

Depending on stock availability, your order may be shipped from any of our distribution centres located in Asia, Australia, Europe, United Kingdom, or United States.

* Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely country to country. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control. For most countries we use local distribution centres so import duties will not be required.

What are you order processing times?

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to process. Please be sure to add this processing time to your shipping estimates.

We do not ship out on weekends.

For orders ordered on Friday's, Saturday's or Sunday's they will be processed on Monday or Tuesday.

Please allow longer processing during peak times

What are your shipping times?

Please note, we update our Standard Shipping Times depending on the current worldwide situation.

It can take up to 24 business hours for your tracking number to become active once received. In some cases, tracking numbers can take up to 3 - 5 business days to update if using multiple carriers. We ask you to please be patient or get in touch with us for an update

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from our system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected delays?

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates

Wrong Address?

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the post purchase order confirmation.

Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

My order is showing delivered but not received?

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. USPS/Canada Post/ AUS Post) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived to you we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you.

This is left to the discretion of BuddiesPetshop.com, however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund.
